Jon Roeser

Jon was raised with his three brothers by their father on the family Ranch in Idaho. Jon’s Dad was the legendary horse trainer and NRCHA Hall of Fame member, Jim Roeser. Jim, a Professional Bronc rider qualified for the first five National Finals Rodeos. The same drive and enthusiasm that made Jim one of the top saddle bronc riders in the country be would now be channeled into a new passion, Reined Cow Horses. Horses were a way of life for the Roeser's. Jon discovered early on, that he had an instinctive talent and feel. Training became a natural progression. Jon quickly found his foundation and talent evolving into a passion of his own.

In 2006 Jon was presented the Million Dollar Rider award by the National Reined Cow Horse Association. This has only been accomplished by eight riders in the history of the sport. Jon earnings currently rank him as the fourth all time leading rider in the National standings, with over twenty Career Championships and a World's Greatest Horseman title to his name!

Jon serves on the Board of Directors for the National Reined Cow Horse Association and is a Chairman of NRCHA the Limited Aged Events Committee, the Cattle Committee, the Ground Committee and a member of the Executive Committee and Ethics Committee.
